How it works

Hono and TypeScript run the API. Replicate generates the video, and BullMQ and Redis run the generation queue. Cloudflare R2 stores the generated files, and Firebase Auth handles sign-in. Drizzle and PostgreSQL store what was made. Flutter is the mobile client, and a React admin panel provides a separate interface for managing the app.
